I understand that all deposits and booking payments are non-refundable. The deposits or payments represent a confirmation of the booking for a specific date. If the booking is cancelled or reported to a later date, the deposit/payment will act as a compensation fee for the loss of hours or days secured for me the client by Kelly/Scandinavian-Beauty.com, where otherwise she could have booked an other appointment of the same monetary value or more.

I understand that all subscription payments are non-refundable. The minimal age verification fee is to enter the adult "Members Area" and it is in no way a "rebilling membership".

I understand that all advertising payments are non-refundable. Kelly/Scandinavian-Beauty.com does not offer any minimum guaranteed amount of traffic as it is impossible to do so, we cannot control the viewers taste and choice to visit your site or not. We recommend that you use a professionally designed appealing banner to attract maximum visitors.

The terms and conditions of this agreement will insure to the benefit of Kelly/Scandinavian-Beauty.com, its successors, assigns, and licensees. You hereby understand that the content in this site may involve language, content, material, images and themes of an adult or controversial nature.
